I lead Silver Branch Consulting, a professional coaching firm that specializes in helping individuals, teams, and organizations find greater alignment and purpose in their work, which leads to greater success – however you define it.

With individuals and small groups, I support an inside-out process of discovery which enables people to clarify their divine purpose and then land their dream careers through job clarity and interview mastery coaching. We focus on cultivating the confidence within. Sound “woo-woo?” – yup. But, I’m a spiritual gangster, armed with the science that backs up my approach.

You see, before becoming a certified Coach and Master Trainer, I spent 15 years in corporate Human Resources after a stint as a Geologist – studying high-pressure mineral phases in meteorites. Geophysics was cool but not my dream job. That said, I have a scientific mind which I applied to the field of HR. Leaders saw I was different, and my mix of talents allowed my ascension in corporate America. Before I was 40 years old, I was a Chief Talent Officer. I’ve also held the titles Chief People Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. My executive resume brings credibility to my work.

My clients are in more aligned, not to mention higher paying jobs because of our work.

What Sets Me Apart

I am an energy sensitive, Reiki Master, ethical vegan, and artist. My spirituality guides my work with my clients from a place of intuition and inner wisdom. We practice mindfulness and inside-out growth, aligning the delicate balance of the ego and the limitless self.

My clients often leave their sessions feeling a deeper connection to their true purpose. Then, I give them the practical techniques to live in accordance with with their new found self- awareness.

My competitive edge is that I take the science of how people comprehend information and create innovative ways to package your story, so that my clients are seen as best-fit candidates. 4 out of 5 of my interview coaching clients receive a job offer from their very next interview engagement.

For career clarity coaching engagements, I use a full battery of assessments to gain a complete picture of who my clients are. I am certified in many modalities and use those tools with each client to clarify their vision and purpose.
